What is it like owning something like this?

It's like a party in your mouth and everyone is invited.

Had to wait 6 minutes in drive threw after giving my order before a vehicle moved. Still 4 ahead so pulled out otherwise would make me late for work. Have to drive to listowel and waiting that long is not acceptable.

I agree. I figure if you want anything other than a drink and donut, you should go in to get it.

Waste of time and money you spend 5min making sure your order is correct just for you to get the opposite l, coffee taste like they never change thier filters and the whole store is run like a circus

Sorry you did not have a good experience. Like every place they to have bad days. I don't think it is daily occurrence.
